Standard Features

Clamping unit with rigid double toggle mechanism using high yield strength steel and S.G. Iron castings.
Die mounting platens with 'T' slots.
Low pressure die closing for mould safety.
Double cylinder hydraulic ejector with provisions for pull type and push type ejector pins.
Ejector stroke length can be controlled within the range.
3-stage injection with telescopic intensifier and common accumulator for 2nd and 3rd stage.
2 position injection.
Core puller for 3 core programmes provided as standard
Power saving hydraulic circuit.
Programmable logic controller.
Centralised lubrication system.
